today i would like to begin with a story.

there was once a physical therapist(临床医学家) who traveled all the way from america to africa to do a census(调查) about mountain gorillas(大猩猩). these gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this put them severely under threat of poaching(偷猎) and being put into the zoo. she went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures.

she witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the african rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas cuddled(拥抱) their babies.

yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called gorillas in the mist, based on a true story of mrs. dian fossey, who spent most of bet lifetime in rwanda to protect the eco-environment there until the very end of her life. to me, the movie not only presents an unf***ettable scene but also acts as a timeless(永恒的) reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment.

today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. on the one hand, touri**, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. it has be***e a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in gdp growth.

it has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. but on the other hand, many problems can occur---natural scenes aren't natural anymore. deforestation to heat lodges is devastating nepal.

oil spills from tourist boats are polluting antarctica. tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to u2 on walkman and wear nike and reeboks.

all these appalling(令人震惊的) facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been eroding(侵蚀) our resources. encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put touri** again in the spotlight, which is why the united nations has made 2002 the year of ecotouri**, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of touri**, but also its capacity to destroy our eco-environment.

now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection ***anizations an: receiving donations--big notes, **all notes or even coins--from housewives, plumbers(水管工人), ambulance drivers, sale**en, teachers, children and invalids(残疾人), some of them can not afford to send the money but they do. these are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood.

why? because they care, because they still want their mother nature back. because they know it still belongs to them.

Women who smoke increase this risk by nearly 12 times.

时光如流水般慢慢流逝，二十年的岁月只是弹指一挥便已烟消云散。20岁的我们丢掉了儿时的幼稚天真，丢掉了少年时的固执、放荡，却拾起了一习成熟，一份回忆和一种责任。20岁的我们开始面对生活，开始感受社会，开始触摸世界。于是，在我们的肩膀上一副沉重的担子将被挑起，它的名字叫责任。接下来为大家演讲的是品格中一大要素___责任! 题目是!

说到责任，责任是什么?责任是分内应做的事，也就是承担应当承担的任务，完成应当承担的使命.做好应当做好的工作，在现实生活中，只有那些能够勇于承担责任的人才能被赋予更多的使命，才有资格获得更高的荣誉，一个没有责任感的人会失去周围人对他的信任与尊重

前段时间，我们学校来了一位充满传奇色彩的人物，她就是“隐形翅膀的原型人物”李智华老师。当时她的演讲对我们每一个人来说依然记忆犹新。只因她的坚强与勇敢带给我们的是非一般的震撼，这足以让我们产生共鸣。

三针对我校学生实际，分析学情，尤其对英语学困生分析了成因：

1对英语不感兴趣2错误归因：一些学生在英语学习过程中遇到困难或失败时，错误地把原因归结于自己的能力，认为自己不是学习英语的材料，因此放弃尝试和应有的努力，听之任之。3元认知欠缺：有的学生学习无目标，随意性大；课上被动地听课，等待老师布置作业；遇到问题时，不懂采用任何补救措施，这些都是元认知的表现，也是造成学业不良的重要原因。

转化学困生的具体措施：

1.培养兴趣，正面激励

困扰英语学困生的最根本原因是兴趣和信心的问题。所以，我们在转化英语学困生的时侯，关键要找到他的兴趣点，激发他的兴趣，使他具有学习英语的内在动力。

2.确立目标，激发动机

指导学生根据自己的学习基础和认知水平确立学期目标。这个目标不能定的太高，必须是经过努力可以达到的，并使他们认识到这个目标的最终实现需要以完成每天的学习任务为基础。这些短期目标是学困生日常学习的动力，可以防止他们三天打鱼两天晒网。

3.指导策略，树立信心

有计划按步骤的指导他们学习运用合适的学习策略，提高英语学习效率。

记单词是学困生的最大困难，训练他们的单词记忆策略。如

（1）拼读策略。多数学困生习惯用机械重复的方法记单词，这种方法费时低效。英语单词有90％是符合读音规则的，根据读音去记单词，可以提高效率。

（2）分类组织策略。根据单词的音形方面的特征进行归类记忆。如同音异义词。

（3）词缀策略。渗透英语单词常见的前缀后缀。

希望通过以上措施能够转化学困生，提高他们的学习成绩。

除此之外，我竞聘的是班主任。我深知，班主任是班集体的灵魂所在。……

最后，在以后的教学工作中，我会严于律己，夯实基础，钻研业务，团结协作，虚心向老教师请教，与时俱进，把服务学生服务老师的工作做好，我有信心决心搞好英语教学工作，为东光的明天贡献自己的绵薄之力。

记得有一位乙肝后肝硬化并发消化道大出血的患者，需要下三腔两囊管进行压迫止血。为这样的患者操作随时可能出现血液喷溅而发生乙肝病毒职业暴露，大家可能不清楚，被含有高浓度乙肝病毒的血液职业暴露后感染乙肝的几率达30%。为了防止发生血源性职业暴露，护士长从头到脚穿戴上了防护用品，至今都忘不了那一幕，置管中护士长的汗珠一滴一滴落在她的防护面屏上，又顺着面屏滑落下来，她好像没有感觉到，依然是俯着身、贴近患者的头部、语气坚定地鼓励患者配合。最终置管成功，出血止住了。我们帮助护士长脱去防护服的时候，发现她穿得三层衣服都湿透了，紧紧贴在后背和腿上。当时我在想：这得出多少汗呀！义无反顾、勇往直前、把责任看得高于自己的生命，这就是传染科医护人员的风骨吧，秉承这样的信念，还有什么样的疫情抗击不了呢？传染病院的医护人员，就是一群不惧怕传染病，坚强、执着、无私守护着那些饱受传染病凌虐和世人歧视的人们！

好，即完美，完美的工作就要求我们全心投入，真诚相待。记得在我的孩提时代有着这样的记忆：因为生病，心急如焚的父母把我送进了医院，本来就对医院有恐惧感，刚一进医院大门，就一直哭嚷着要回家，医生还说需要打针，于是在爸爸妈妈软硬兼施的诱逼下，来到了打针的地方，就见有位阿姨穿着白大褂，戴着白口罩，头上还戴着一顶白色的帽子，全身上下都是白色，一手举着针，一手拿着棉签，面无表情地来到了我的面前，我越发害怕，吓得一直往后退，虽然被父母强行按住身体，但还是不停地扭动，就这样，折腾了老半天，那阿姨急了，大嚷道：“你再动，再动就给你多打几针！”还边责令母亲将我按得动弹不得，现在想来，如果当时那个护士不是那么严厉，而是微笑着鼓励我，也许我就不会那么害怕了吧！

随着时光的推移，我慢慢地长大了，面对人生选择时竟然也戏剧化地做了一名护士，成了人们眼中的“白衣天使”，当我成为儿科护士的第一天起，我就告诉自己说：既然我也是一名儿科护士，就一定要用我的微笑来面对生病的孩子，改变我孩提时脑海中那咱面无表情，看上去让人生畏的护士形象。前不久，有一位6、7岁的小男孩的一句话让我更坚信我这样做是对的。第一次给这个小男孩做治疗的时候，我就像平时一样面带微笑一样走进病房，他就总是盯着我看，到了第二年，他哭吵着奶奶要找我给他打针，听他奶奶说本来有护士准备给他打针的，可他硬是不肯，握着小拳头不让人碰，偏要找我，于是我就去了，他看到我之后竟然不躲了，只是乖乖地伸出两只小手由我挑选，我很诧异，为什么这个小男孩会有这样的举动，但当时没有问，只是在思考，接下来几天的治疗都由我为他进行的，可由于工作忙，打完了他的针，我便忙着我自己班上的事儿去了，好久没看到我，他就说打针的部位很痛，要奶奶找我去看他，我去了之后，边微笑着轻轻抚摸，边细声问道：还痛吗？他眨眨眼望着我说：不痛，其实一点都不痛。到了他出院的时候，我就问他，为什么每次打针都找我，而他说了句让我非常感动的话，阿姨，因为我想看见你对我笑。“三分治疗，七分护理。”于是我越来越能够感觉出护理工作的重要必。曾经有人说过。“拉开人生帷幕的人是护士，拉上人生帷幕的人也是护士。”是啊，在人的一生当中有谁会不需要护士的细致关心和悉心照顾呢？“护理工作是一门精细的世术。”护士要有一颗同情的心，要有一双愿意工作的手。

Its variety of tastes, shapes and colors can satisfy even the most refined palette. Another difficulty with giving a Harvard commencement address is that some of you maydisapprove of the fact that I have borrowed material from previous speeches. I ask that youforgive me for two reasons.

I also want to point out the irony of speaking to graduates of an institution that would haverejected me， had I the chutzpah to apply. I am married to "Dean Jean，" the former dean ofadmissions at Stanford. She assures me that she would have rejected me， if given the chance.When I showed her a draft of this speech， she objected strongly to my use of the word"rejected." She never rejected applicants; her letters stated that "we are unable to offer youadmission." I have difficulty understanding the difference. After all， deans of admissions ofhighly selective schools are in reality， "deans of rejection." Clearly， I have a lot to learn aboutmarketing.

My address will follow the classical sonata form of commencement addresses. The firstmovement， just presented， were light-hearted remarks. This next movement consists ofunsolicited advice， which is rarely valued， seldom remembered， never followed. As Oscar Wildesaid， "The only thing to do with good advice is to pass it on. It is never of any use to oneself."So， here comes the advice. First， every time you celebrate an achievement， be thankful tothose who made it possible. Thank your parents and friends who supported you， thank yourprofessors who were inspirational， and especially thank the other professors whose less-than-brilliant lectures forced you to teach yourself. Going forward， the ability to teach yourself is thehallmark of a great liberal arts education and will be the key to your success. To your fellowstudents who have added immeasurably to your education during those late night discussions，hug them. Also， of course， thank Harvard. Should you forget， there's an alumni association toremind you. Second， in your future life， cultivate a generous spirit. In all negotiations， don'tbargain for the last， little advantage. Leave the change on the table. In your collaborations，always remember that "credit" is not a conserved quantity. In a successful collaboration，everybody gets 90 percent of the credit.

这些年来。我们国家受到了严重的环境污染，特大沙尘暴在我国一次又一次发生，它将会掩埋草地、吞毁家园，严重地影响了人民的生活，使我们难以生存。绿色的草地将会变成沙漠，大树将会永远卧倒在地，而我们也不会快乐生活：幸福没有了，亲人没有了，连我们赖以生存的地球也会在茫茫宇宙中粉碎，就像玻璃摔在地上一样。然而这不仅是沙尘暴带来的灾难。而我们，难道就只能袖手旁观吗，难道我们只能看着这美丽而脆弱的地球永远消失在人间吗?从此，我们能看到风吹草地见牛羊，白云下面马儿跑的那种景象吗?虽然我们只是小学生，但是我们还可以为家乡做出一点贡献，让定西在希望中崛起。

因为“三废”污染(废水、废气、废渣)和“十大污染”，每年造成了全世界的一大部分人患病、残废、甚至死亡。然而，白色污染已经有了自由，它在天空中胡作非为，把空气哥哥和臭氧层弟弟的衣服扎破，他让沙漠上的沙子飞得永远不得停息，搅乱了人民的生活。大自然叔叔不敢与它作对，匆匆忙忙的离开了人们。如果我们再不能够制止，白色污染会给人类严重的惩罚，到了最后，不仅是珍稀的动植物，就连我们人类，最终将会灭绝在沙漠上。

遗憾的是，许多人对于这个浅显易懂的道理却视而不见，继续为所欲为，妄顾地球家园的安危。环境科学家曲格平曾经说过这样一句话：“唯有变革，才能拯救人类的命运，也唯有变革，才能使我们的子孙后代世世代代生存下去。”里面的“变革”就是指环保。说得很对，所以如今有许多人拿着标语在街上喊空口号，却没有见过多的行动。难道这样污染就会好转吗?不!

看，我们城市里的河流的河水发黑发臭;排成长龙的汽车放出大量的废气;成片的绿地变成“石屎森林”;那清脆的鸟叫声消失得无影无踪。如果再这样下去，中国将继续贫乏水资源，空气将变得愈来愈浑浊，本世纪将有10%的鸟类物种消失。上述的事情，我们人类是罪魁祸首!

人人皆知：树木能吸收二氧化碳，排放氧气，净化空气，是我们人类生存的必要的条件。但是有一些人为了金钱去乱砍滥伐树木，造成了过度的水土流失，使大地的植被受到严重的破坏，绿洲和城市也荒漠化，我们人类的生存受到了威胁。就我们平时用的一次性筷子，每天都要耗费数十亩的森林，在那些人眼中，树木除了可以做家具和建筑材料外，似乎没有任何价值。难道还有人不懂树木对我们意味着什么吗 我们居住面积已经很小了，如果再这样下去，可能连我们唯一的土地都失去。还有，我们的母亲河——黄河近年来河床和含沙量不断增高，成为全国污染最严重的几条江河之一。我们不能眼睁睁地看着黄河从我们手中枯竭，因而有许多环境学者纷纷研究治理黄河污染的方案，试图改善黄河的水质。但如果没有我们的共同参与，我们这个生命的摇篮——黄河将会走向衰竭和死亡。

如果我们再肆无忌惮地破坏环境，大自然将会给予我们惩罚。那些特大的洪水剥夺了不知多少人的性命，还有由于温室效应,南极北极的冰川融化导致水平面升高,海水淹没了沿海地区，经济损失惨重。难道这不是最好的证明吗

我的家乡广宁是靠竹海生态旅游来发展经济的，而今，某些竹林的环境恶乱不堪，让人叫苦不迭。竹海生态游是我们广宁发展的根，如果根被破坏了，怎能长出茂盛的枝叶、开出美丽的花儿呢

让我们善待人类、善待自然吧!不知大家是否看过《保护环境可做的100件事》这篇文章。其实，我们能做的事很多很多。如，在植树节栽一盆花、种一棵树;保护野生动物，是生态得到平衡;珍惜水资源，不要向江河倾倒垃圾;当环保小卫士，利用每个绿色纪念日宣传环保意识，让青山常在、绿水长流、泥土永芬芳…… 这都是我们力所能及的事情，我们为何不愿意实践呢?

当人们乘着宇宙飞船，来到宇宙遥望自己的家乡———地球，是那样的晶莹透亮、美丽壮观，而又是一个脆弱的生命太需要人类的保护和珍惜，珍惜地球的自然资源，如果大家继续无节制地去开采地球的自然资源，那么地球难逃毁灭的命运。还有的人贪婪地说：“等地球的资源开采完了，不能搬到其他星球上去居住吗?”现在科学家已经证明了在地球为中心的40万亿千米的范围内，没有适合人类居住的第二个星球，所以这个科学成果打败了人类贪婪的心理。

现在人们到处在破坏地球，砍伐森林，造成水土流失，洪水泛滥，冲垮堤岸淹没了村庄，这是江水、河流、小溪的报应。还有的人们住在河水的上游把垃圾和化学物品倒入水中，让下游的人们饮用后，产生了水俣病，这种病非常厉害。比如说在日本九州熊本县水俣镇就发生过。1950年水俣湾附近的于村中发现一些猫步态不稳，抽筋麻痹，最后跳入水中溺水死亡，当地人谓之“自杀猫”。就连人类也受到了水俣病军团的威胁。继水俣镇1963年，日本新泻市又有大批自杀猫、自杀狗出现。1973年在有明海南部沿岸的有明町等地有发生了水俣病。据报道这三次发病人数共计900人，实际上在日本受害者人数远远地超过了这个数字，仅水俣镇受害居民有1万人左右。同学们难道你们还不知道污染水资源是那么的可怕啊!

不说日本，就说我老家门前有一座桥，桥下有很大的一条河流，以前河水散发着大自然的气息，清澈见底，总能听见洗衣人那美妙的歌声。而现在从那走过时，人们不由自主地捂住鼻子，如果不捂住鼻子，那刺鼻的气味就像“强盗”一样闯进你的鼻子。垃圾多得意地把整条大河堵塞住，大河却变成了慢慢流淌的小溪，有时候小溪也会断流，农民伯伯也没有水浇地，而所有的蔬菜麦田已经干枯而死。我们多么怀念那美丽的绿色，怀念那美妙的歌声，而这又是谁造成的呢?——除了人类还能有谁!难道你们能坐视不管吗?不行，我已经愤怒了。

我呼吁：人类要保护地球!

给大家讲一个小故事吧!前几年的时候，我们家养了一只小白兔，这只小白兔很聪明，也很懂事。我奶奶从来不关住它，因为它像狗狗一样的聪明，自己出去玩耍，到点时自己会准时回家。但是有一天，从山上来了一只不速之客，由于山上曾经被火烧过一次，所以很多小动物都跑到山下来了，时常面临着被抓的危险。而这位不速之客就是一只小野兔，它就在我家外面的一个小草堆里和我家的小白兔约会，就这样我家的小白兔越来越不想回家了。有好几次都没有回来，因为它和那只小野兔相聚了，再也舍不得回来了c生命都懂得感恩，也懂得珍惜友情。虽然它只是一个比较低等的动物，但是它却对这个世界有着感情，对人类有着感情。而作为人类的我们，为什么不为它们多多着想，为什么要破坏它们的生活环境，为什么要逼他们逃离自己的家乡呢!

我有一个身份，这个身份的名字叫做环保小卫士。

近来，我参加了一个校园里的志愿活动，用自己的双手，还给地球一片净土。我报名参加了这次的志愿活动，因为我想做一个环保小卫士，让我们身边的环境变得更好。并且我心里一直谨记着“保护环境卫生，人人有责”这句话。

当环保小卫士的第一天，我兴高采烈的穿上了志愿服，然后拿上小扫把，推着一个小小的推车开始了我一天的行动。我的任务说起来也很简单，那就是将地上的垃圾清理干净。每当我看到地上有垃圾的时候，我都要弯下腰去将垃圾清理。一天的时间下来，我的小小推车里的垃圾就满了好几次，这更加让我意识到，生活中的每个人都应该有保护我们环境家园的自觉性，而不应该是随手乱扔垃圾。

这一天，虽然我身体很疲累，但是我心里却十分的开心。因为我做了一件非常有意义的事情，这件事情就是我用自己的实际行动保护了我们的环境卫生。虽然我个人的力量微不足道，但是我相信坚持的力量，当我今后的每一天都这般坚持的时候，也当我身边的每一个人都这般坚持的时候，那时候我们的地球家园一定会迎来更美丽的一面。
