According to their figures, it is responsible for approximately five million deaths worldwide every year.

Tobacco smoking is a known or probable cause of approximately 25 diseases, and even the WHO says that its impact on world health is not fully assessed.

UK studies show that smokers in their 30s and 40s are five times more likely to have a heart attack than non-smokers.

Tobacco contributes to the hardening of the arteries, which can then become blocked and starve the heart of bloodflow, causing the attack.

我的心是蓝色的，那种淡淡的，淡淡的，给人以种清新、优雅、舒适的蓝色。它并不深刻，但有点悲伤，忧郁。它是一曲略带伤感的轻**，其间流露着淡淡的忧伤，还有一种莫名的伤肠。

但请不要介意深蓝，执着，它有太多的执著。

彩虹有七种颜色。这七种颜色足以编织整个世界。每一道彩虹都是心灵的桥梁。这座桥多么美丽，你心中的世界多么美丽。

世界就像彩虹。它还包含七种颜色。每各人都喜欢自己的颜色，但是当一些颜色混合在一起时，它们就会变得丑陋，甚至显示出这样那样的缺陷。也许有时候你不该把自己的心灵涂上那些多余的颜色，因为你越是希望它变得完美，它就越是显露出那些缺憾。

有时候，你心中的彩虹可能会那么暗淡，请不要介意，因为不完美也是一种美。

没有最美丽的彩虹，也没有最美丽的心。彩虹的美丽在于你不断的发现；心灵之美，有待于你不断地修正。

不管你心灵是什么颜色的，只要你的心能爱如七色虹的世界，只要你拥有一颗使之变得更美的心，那么你的心灵便是美丽的彩虹。

议**我认为应该论点应比较大众一些，这样写就行：

合作，是孔子“三人行，必有我师焉”的慨叹；合作，是古语“三个臭皮匠，赛过诸葛亮”的提醒；合作，是礼记“独学而无友，则孤陋而寡闻”的劝诫……

只有善于合作，才能实现双赢和成功。个人的力量总是有限的，人与人的结合可以增强自己。在成功的路上，大凡明智的人都懂得联合起来改变自己的命运，历史上六国联合抗秦，都能互保，而联合一旦破裂，就会被强秦所灭。

香港两大富豪李嘉诚和包玉刚的联合可谓是成功经典，包玉刚帮助李嘉诚控股和记黄浦，李嘉诚帮助包玉刚登陆九龙仓。协作思维产生1+12效应。没有合作，他们能实现双赢吗？

人与人之间的合作是必需的。然而，现实生活中不愿合作的人委实不少，他们的私心太强，什么利益都想自己独吞，凡涉及名利的事都想自己优先，都想将他人排斥在外，自己一点小亏都不肯吃；有些人功利主义太强，对合作者采取实用主义的态度，用到他人时，什么都好商量，不用他人时，则采取将人一脚踢开，理都不理的态度……凡此种种，我们要坚决反对、打击，为构建社会主义和谐社会扫清道路。

人与人之间需要合作，需要同心协力。

老师说，《文明美德伴我成长》是本好书，值得一看;爸爸也说，《文明美德伴我成长》的确是本好书，的确值得一看。星期六下午，我一口气看完了这本书，我想对还已看过这本书的小伙伴们说，这是一本好书吧?因为这其中有着许多我们中国人骄傲自豪的精彩故事呀。

这本书里的知识真是应有尽有!有“文明古国”、“礼仪之邦”、“我的祖国真伟大”、“做祖国的好孩子”、“我有好习惯”……其中给我印象最深刻的是“诚实守信人人敬”这一课。

你知道吗?古时候，中国店铺的门口，一般都写着“货真价实，童叟无欺”八个字。自古在商品买卖中，就提倡“公平交易，诚实待客，不欺诈、不作假”的行业道德。在当代中国，这种诚实守信的美德必须要传承下来，并且要发扬得更好这才算我们中国人的骄傲呀!我骄傲，我的姑父就是有着诚实美德的好商人。这种美德表现在工作和学习上，就是专心致志、认真踏实、实事求是。我骄傲，我们的语文老师郑老师就是认认真真教书的一位好老师。这种美德表现在人际交往中，就人与人之间多些信赖，少些欺诈。我骄傲，我的爷爷就是这样一位好人，他有这样一句口头禅“这世人还是好人多呀”。

读了这本书后，我对“一言既出，驷马难追”有了更深刻的感悟。在我的家里妈妈是一位“言出必行”的人，爸爸则是有时候要反悔的人。由此，我懂得了一个道理，在答应别人做什么事情之前，一定要三思，因为有些事情已经超出你的能力范围，或者是你并不是很愿意去做的，所以你也就可能做不到“言出必行”了。只有这样，我们才能真正做“一言既出，驷马难追”。

读了这本书后，我头脑中有了一个美丽的计划：“美丽诚信，从我家做起”。我要在家里建立一个诚信档案，根据家庭成员平时的表现来加分或扣分。我爱我的家，我要带头做一个诚实守信、言出必行的好孩子。尤其是爸爸，我要让他对我心服口服，我一定要做大人的好榜样呢!

真的，读了这本书后，我似乎一下子长大了许多。我想对渴望长大的小朋友和没有长大的大人们说，你们快来看看这本好书吧!
