我觉得，每个人的人生都要有目标，人生一旦没有了目标，没有了理想，就不知道自己应该承担什么责任，就很有可能做出危害社会的事，所以我们真的很有必要好好考虑一下什么是青春，应该承担怎样的责任，以及自己的理想是什么。

这不，有人就总结了：一个没有责任感的大学生，考试，是不及格的，奖学金，是没有的，评优，是没份儿的，老婆，是搞不到地，就算搞到了，没多长时间就会跑掉的。

说到这里，我想起了这样一句话：“有的人活着，他已经死了;有的人死了，他还活着。”生命的意义在于活着，那么活着的意义又是什么呢?当然不是为了活着而活着，答案只有两个字，奉献!我们可以设想一下，不付出、不创造、不追求，这样的青春必然在似水年华中渐渐老去，回首过往，没有痕迹，没有追忆，人生四处弥漫着叹息。我想，这绝对不是我们存在的意义。古往今来，有无数能人志士在自己的青春年华就已经成就了不朽的人生，在这里我来不及一一列举。可是，有一个人的名字我却不能不提，他是我们永远的学习榜样，一个最平凡最无私也是最伟大的人。大家知道他是谁吗?这个传奇人物就是雷锋，他告诫我们说：“青春啊，永远是美好的，可是真正的青春，只属于那些永远力争上游的人，永远忘我劳动的人，永远谦虚的人!”我想在座的每一位包括我自己都可以成为这样的人。

大家好我是来自高三二班的郑子芃，很荣幸能站在这里和大家分享我的感受，今天我主要谈三个词，感恩、刷题和总结。

感恩节，当然是要感谢学校，感谢老师，感谢我的老课杜鹏，永远不要放弃我。

感谢我的妈妈和我的同桌，我的妈妈尽管是一名普通的家庭主妇，但她尽她所能把最好的给我，起的比我早，睡的和我一样晚，风雨无阻的送我上下学，我相信很多父母和我的妈妈一样付出了很多，我们应该把这份期待化为我们学习的动力；

其次我要感谢我的同桌，共同的理想、共同的目标在逐梦的路上相互鼓励、在低俗时相互支持、在自习课刷完题后的相视一笑，一个人走的快，两个人走的远。高三的宝贵陪伴是共同进步的动力。

第二词是刷题，谁说文科不用刷题，一轮复习即将结束了，基础知识大概过了一遍，我们需要题来巩固基础知识，从语文到文综科科要刷题，我比较爱刷金考卷特快专递，从第一期到第十期，都是值得写的题。

语文多刷一些选择题，数学一定要每天两道压轴题，一定要保持手感，最好每周计时两套数学卷，英语每天刷一道完形填空和改错，除了多写也要多读。文综也是我比较薄弱的一环，多背是必要的，刷题也是必要的，我和同桌坚持每天一套文综选择，两天一套文综大题。

但这只是我的刷题计划，根据自己的薄弱环节，针对刷题的薄弱环节，有选择的刷题而不是盲目的刷题。

第三词是总结，孔子说：“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆”，刷题和总结是密不可分的。

大量刷题为总结奠定基础，好的总结是刷题的目标，把别人的的题转化为自己知识点，并把知识点应用于写题中，才是真正的高效学习法，同时还要总结错题，我想很多同学都拥有一个很厚的错题本，但是真的记住了吗？下次不会再犯了吗？

错题总结不是剪贴的过程，这一道题并不重要，重要的是是这道题包含的知识点是什么，这个答案是怎样是从题中得出的，我比较喜欢分专题总结，比如数学导函数，我会分不同的方法总结，参变分离、端点效应、多次求导、数形结合、不同的方法分天专题，方便你真正的理解和掌握。

一个人走在路上，头发被灰尘染成灰色，怎么能不让人心痛呢？我想到另一句话：上学和工作都不容易。我总是被夜幕下的父亲的背影所感动。

我想起了那个对我充满期待的英语老师，他一字一句地教我不知道下一步该做什么。一次又一次的失败，我挣扎的心。为什么我总是比别人差？为什么我总是依赖别人？

成功是一次又一次失败的叠加。没有人能随随便便成功。曾经多少次对自己说好好学习天天向上。然而，每次我取得一点成就，我都感到自满，不学习。

殊不知somebody比自己努力的多；我在班上表现很好，找不到北，但不知道老张和班长为什么表现稳定。

有帆有舵的船可以航行，但没有目的地。目标好比是人类进步的滑板车，好目标会让你前进，不好的目标则会让你踌躇不前，甚至后退。脑海中又浮现出父亲的背影，时时刻刻告诫自己：

好好上学，为了我自己，也为了我父母。目标是前进的动力。树立适当的目标是成功的关键，所以我决定“重新做人”。

我的初步目标是在高考时体育引体向上达标，立定跳远达标，肺活量达标，并且将自己提升到一个新的高度，学会打乒乓球。努力考上好高中，然后努力考上好大学

目标是向上的力量，我们可以用它前进。相信自己，明天属于你，相信自己，成功属于你。没有路比脚长，没有山比人高。

青春，充满激情的年代；梦想，包容无数的未知。也许你看到青春在岁月的虚度中渐渐暗淡，追逐梦想在真剑面前慢慢幻灭。但实是上，你坚持的梦想是动摇的，而飞扬的青春是灰心的。

不要害怕前面崎岖不平的路。青春经不起时间的雕琢。我们应该有抱着梦想的信念，放开英雄的青春。

拥有梦想的青春是简简单单的，怀抱梦想的青春是奋发向前的，拥有梦想的青春是无所畏惧的，怀抱梦想的青春是所向无敌的！坚定的相信拥有梦想的我们终有一天会让整个世界因为我们而骄傲，远大的抱负，激情的呐喊，不管不顾的想要潇洒来去。鸟儿渴往蓝天自由飞翔；花儿在枝头绽放，散发出芬芳。

既然我选择了教师这个职业，我就无怨无悔，用青春追求梦想，直到蜡香干透。

在极速发展的社会中，在时过境迁的现实里，青春是我们拼搏的资历；在繁忙多变的生活中，在钢筋水泥大厦的房间里，梦想是我们奋斗的动力！

青春的心已经准备好了，让梦想带我们去旅行吧。

遇到任何困难，都要想到事物有两面性，而你就要用好的一面去对待事务。你不能事事顺利，但你可以事事尽心;你不能延续生命的长度，但你可以决定生命的宽度;你不能左右天气，但你可以改变心情;你不能选择容颜，但你可以展现笑容;只要你能做到这些，用积极的眼光看待事物，用微笑面对生活，那么一定会成为一位成功的人。

如果你想成为一个成功的人，你必须微笑着面对生活，以乐观的态度看待一切。

也许你做到了，但在某些方面你仍然没有成功，但只要你做到了，你已经是一个成功的人。你至少应该战胜自己，只要你在困难面前微笑，你就能战胜困难。只有你想不到的事，但一定没有你做不到的事。只要你不怕吃苦，不怕累，就一定能成功。

举世闻名的科学巨匠----霍金，是一位在轮椅生活了20多年高位截肢的残疾人，他只能用简单的几根手指头活动，可他却或得了如此巨大的成就。那是因为他可以微笑着面对生活，从积极的角度看待事情。如此巨大的伤害都能被他看得云淡风清，难道我们就不行吗?

伟大的霍金和我们一样平凡。他的情况比我们任何人都糟，但他没有放弃希望和生命。如果别人努力工作，我会比别人努力十倍。只要我们积极面对生活，我们就能取得和霍金一样的成就。

有一个积极的态度会发现头顶上的天空很蓝，脚下的水很清澈，你周围的一切都会变得更好！

大家好!我演讲的题目是《积极乐观》。

乐观是每个人都该拥有的好心态，乐观积极的人可以让我们学到很多东西，但聪明的人应该避免由乐观带来的盲目。

乐观和悲观对未来有不同的看法，对自己和他人有不同的态度。

悲观的人对未来持否定的看法。他总是作最坏的事。在观察人的时候，他总是看到大自然的坏一面，充满自私的动机。对悲观主义者来说，社会是由一群狡猾、颓废和**的人组成的，他们总是想利用周围的事物为自己谋利益。

这群人既无法信赖，也不值得对其伸出援手。

对悲观的人谈起任何计划，他马上就会提出一连串有关这个计划的麻烦与障碍，而且他还会告诉你，即使圆满达成目的，最后只会尝到苦涩幻灭与屈辱。经这么一说，你大概会立刻魂飞魄散，对自己的致富计划全身无力了吧。

悲观的人有很强的感染力。如果某天早晨，偶然在路上碰到他，他会立即将消极的态度与无力感传染给你。我们每个人的内心都有一种期待被唤醒、引诱的“倾向”。

悲观的人能够巧妙地掳获这种“倾向”，借此实现其目的。

我们内心的“倾向”包括：第一，对未来的不定与恐惧;第二，我们与生俱来的怠惰，希望躲在自己的壳里不要动。事实上，悲观者天性懒惰。他不愿意改变他的习惯。

无论是起床，进食还是度过周末，我们都应遵循固定的模式。

一般而言，悲观者是吝啬的，推己及人，他认为既然每个人都那么贪婪，堕落而且千方百计想占人便宜，自己又为什么必须宽以待人呢?他常常深怀嫉妒，只要听他说话就知道了。

如果你和乐观主义者相处，你会乐观得多。他很容易相信别人，愿意卷入危险的境地，但他也能察觉到别人的恶意和缺点。只是他不愿将之视为障碍而犹豫不前。他相信每个人都有优势，并试图唤醒别人的优势。

悲观主义者躲在自己的壳里，甚至不愿听取别人的意见，认为别人是危险的。相反地，乐观者关心别人，让别人畅所欲言，给别人时间，观察对方的所作所为，如此便能够了解别人的长处、优点，因而得以团结，领导众人，共同朝某个目标迈进。

此外，乐观者容易克服困难。因为他会积极寻找新的解决方案，在很短的时间内把不利的条件转化为有利的条件。悲观主义者会害怕困难而退缩。

事实上，在很多情况下，只要稍加想象，情况就会完全改变。

我给大家讲一个关于“希望的种子”的故事。

列宁格勒市中心有一个科学研究所。研究所有一个巨大的仓库，里面存放着各种谷物种子。

1942年，当德国人围住列宁格勒时，这个城市开始上演人间悲剧：成千上万的人开始被饿死，人们想方设法寻找食物。

一些人会越过德国的封锁，跑到郊外，在湖底寻找树皮和冰冻的鱼和虾。但他们经常无路可退，成为纳粹枪支的受害者。

饥饿让人变得疯狂。许多人看中了研究所的食物种子。这可能是列宁格勒当时储存大量粮食的地方。

驻军来了，但科学家们说，这是苏联未来的种子和希望。驻守部队撤退了。

在前线浴血奋战的将军也来了。他要求把所有的食物都交给军队，但科学家们说这是一种种子，不能吃。将军暴跳如雷，但科学家告诉他：“当我们打退了德国人，农民们可以用这些种子过上幸福的生活。

”将军听完，向科学家敬礼，然后带领士兵离开了。

几个月后，看守仓库的科学家们被发现饿死在粮堆旁。列宁格勒的粮仓已成为世界粮食史上的奇迹。

战争摧毁了一切，但列宁格勒保存了宝贵的食物。

现在我们不知道那位科学家叫什么名字，但他的那句“希望的种子”的名言，成为列宁格勒这家研究所的代名词。

拥有希望，一定会拥有未来。

高三励志演讲稿3分钟(一)高三需要要改正的五大坏习惯:被各种考试牵着走、上课不听讲，回家开夜车、书写不整洁，答题不规范、抛开课本，题海战术。只有养成良好的学习习惯，才能大大提高学习成绩。

一、被各种考试牵着走。

经历过高考的同学们都会对这一年里考试之频繁印象深刻：周考、月考、模拟考、毕业考、期中、期末考、联考等等，花样繁多。对于此种情况，人教学习网的特级教师建议同学们不要被这么多考试牵着鼻子走，模拟考也好、小测验也好，其实都只是一种评估手段，并不能完全代表实际水平，如果学生一切跟着考试走，每次大考小考都用劲准备，会打乱原有的复习节奏，反而达不到很好的效果，不如按照自己的复习节奏走，周考、月考顺其自然来得好。

二、上课不听讲，回家开夜车。

这是所谓的最得不偿失的学习方法，不仅失去了老师上课传授的精华，更是让自己的身体负担更重，降低了学习效率。学习是一个艰苦的过程，如果没有健康的体质和充沛的精力作为基础，就无法达到高效率得学习。高三的课业负担和心理压力都是很重的，因此同学们平时就必须坚持锻炼，保证充足的睡眠，以充沛的精力和积极乐观的心理状态迎接每一天的学习生活。

所以，无论是平时复习还是备考期间都要尽量避免"开夜车"，上课跟随老师的复习步伐才是最有益的学习方式，并且身体健康和精力充沛是在考试中取得优势展示成绩的一个基本保证。

三、书写不整洁，答题不规范。

规范、整洁的答题是一种好习惯，非常有助于给阅卷老师留下好印象而提高卷面分数，但有相当一部分同学不重视书写，认为只要把试卷答完即可，这就造成了一部分同学平时成绩不错，而高考成绩却很不理想的后果。特别是在语文和文综理综科目。有人说，高考语文就是考书法，这固然有失偏颇，但也从一个侧面说明了规范写作的重要性。

可以说，写作水平是考生成功的一半。因此，学生要从现在开始，在各种考试中开始养成规范写作的良好习惯，为高考做好准备。

四、抛开课本，题海战术。

不少学生甚至老师都会进入这样一个误区，进入高三后一头扎入各种模拟卷，做大量的题，却把课本丢到一边，这是不正确的。人教学习网的特级教师强调，刚进入高三的时候，学业还未完成就盲目做综合练习是揠苗助长的行为，只学了80%的知识却要做100%的考卷，效果一定不会好，成绩不理想还会影响学生的信心，很不恰当，因此建议学生开学初的时候还是踏踏实实根据课本学习，一步一个脚印才能走得稳、走得远。

五、不善交流，耻于下问。

据了解，有很多高三的同学他们在备考复习的时候，不善于与同学们交流，更不敢向老师提问，对于这种问题出现，人教学习网的特级教师建议同学们：对于高三的同学们来说，现在每一秒的复习时间都是非常珍贵的，所以在高考来临之前，同学们要及时解决在复习出现的问题，在课堂上，凡是有想不明白或不懂的问题都应记录下来，遇到重点问题还要在上面有所标注，下课后及时找到老师请教。平常在家或者在校自习时间也一样，遇到问题应记录下来，及时像同学请教或与老师沟通。

否则，我们不了解的问题会随着时间的推移而积累，并转化为知识点上的漏洞。

大家好!

今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。

Smoking is a greater cause of death and disability than any single disease, says the World Health Organisation.

According to their figures, it is responsible for approximately five million deaths worldwide every year.

Tobacco smoking is a known or probable cause of approximately 25 diseases, and even the WHO says that its impact on world health is not fully assessed.

Heart attack and stroke

UK studies show that smokers in their 30s and 40s are five times more likely to have a heart attack than non-smokers.

Tobacco contributes to the hardening of the arteries, which can then become blocked and starve the heart of bloodflow, causing the attack.

Often, smokers who develop this will require complex and risky heart bypass surgery.

If you smoke for a lifetime, there is a 50% chance that your eventual death will be smoking-related – half of all these deaths will be in middle age.

Smoking also increases the risk of having a stroke.

Lung problems

Another primary health risk associated with smoking are lung cancer, which kills more than 20,000 people in the UK every year.

US studies have shown that men who smoke increase their chances of dying from the disease by more than 22 times.

Women who smoke increase this risk by nearly 12 times.

Lung cancer is a difficult cancer to treat – long term survival rates are poor.

Smoking also increases the risk of oral, uterine, liver, kidney, bladder, stomach, and cervical cancers, and leukaemia.

Another health problem associated with tobacco is emphysema, which, when combined with chronic bronchitis, produces chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
