你如果说，我的目标很简单，就是年薪50万。对这样的目标，我的建议是，目标不能太物质化。太短期、太物质化的目标不能内化成你的梦想。像年薪50万、100万这样的目标，你可能很快就实现了，然后就失去了梦想，没了目标，跟有些拿到巨额拆迁款的人一样，沉溺于赌博，把自己的'未来都毁了；或者有的物质化目标很难实现，比如你想成为中国首富，可能你很快就放弃了。我认为，只有这种非利益化的梦想和目标，才能长期激励一个人不断地去追求。

我大学毕业时，也面临着选择。到底是去南方的某家银行工作，拿一月3000元的高薪，还是去北京的一家大型电脑公司，拿一月800元的工资？我没什么犹豫就选择了后者，因为只有到电脑公司，才能学习怎么做软件，才有机会实现我的梦想。

非常高兴今天来北大参加这个论坛，作为大型文化产业园，海上嘉年华项目总负责人，我太荣幸了，这是个难得的机会。我们将与您就如何利用中国传统文化资源建设现代文化产业园举行**会议。作为利用中国传统文化资源打造现代文化产业园区之一，我们期待来自社会更多的声音和关注，共筑海上海年华的成功发展。

大家知道中国是一个历史悠久的国家，有着5000年的文化史，3000年的文明史，是四大发明四大文明古国中唯一一个没有断绝文明的国家。中国在崛起，中国的崛起首先是经济的崛起，中国文化的崛起任重道远。很难想像一个文化落后的经济大国。这是一个强大的国家，一个真正的强国。

如今，中国已成为非物质文化遗产名录确认数量最多的国家之一，中国悠久的历史文化也引起了世界的关注。那么，如何在现代化进程中继承中华文化的优秀历史文化呢？这是中国文化崛起中须要解决的一个重要问题。

为什么我们选择中国传统文化作为这个工业园区最重要的核心？也就是说，我认为中国五千年的历史文化是一座宝库，它是取之不尽，用之不竭的，这种文化创意。我们知道神话。也许大家都知道，神话被作为民族文化精神的活化石进行了分析和考察。

通过神话，可以追根溯源地全面地梳理一个民族在漫长的历史过程当中一脉相承的内在精神和文化气息。我们知道中国神话里头最好的，人们记忆最犹新的，那可能就是神话故事，包括西游记等等等等，我们民间的传承故事就更多了。今天我们需要找到自信和冷静，回到神话的故乡。中国神话是中国文化宝库中的一颗明珠。

今天，值得更有效地推广和传承。

我们知道中国文化，我们都是中国人，但是我们中国文化的现状是什么？我大概说一下。现在我们到国外去，到美国，到**，要中国的东西，最直接的一个东西就是青岛啤酒(31.

可能认识中国的文化还不如认识中国的啤酒，有很多。

我想说的是，作为中国文化的紧迫性，它是紧迫的。因为时间的关系我简单说一下。当我们说西方列强现在说要用武力征服中国，那是在吹嘘。

可是你没有发现吗？文化的入侵或文化的渗透是不可避免的。我们很难去想像，我们今后的年轻人看着美国大片，吃着麦当劳、肯德基，说着英语，过着国外的节日，追求着明星，过着洋节，今后我们这代没问题，下一代也没问题，再下一代怎么办？

所以说中国文化是在发展和传承，是非常迫切的。同时，也要让全世界了解中国文化的博大精深。

应该说，今天我们面临的形势是好的。国家在“十二五”规划中高度重视文化产业、现代服务业和旅游业的发展。我们的海上嘉年华不仅是一个旅游业，更是一个文化旅游业、第三产业服务业、文化产业综合体。我去了美国以后，在美国看到了美国的所谓的迪斯尼乐园，其实大家分析一下，迪斯尼乐园是利用了短短几十年的**电影，一个小小的米老鼠就可以影响到全世界，现在上海也有迪斯尼了。

即是一个企业没有文化，也不可能永远存在。如果同一个行业没有文化，就不可能永远存在下去。所以说我到美国以后，我和美国的一些迪斯尼设计师在一起**，他们看了我们的资料片以后，他们认为中国的文化是老大，美国的文化不行。什么意思？

美国文化只有短短的200年历史。如何挖掘中国文化？我觉得是非常重要的。在这里，我们正在打造这样一个海上嘉年华，其实就是要打造一个中国版的海上迪士尼。

我再说一个比较直接的事情。去年，在海上嘉年华的签约仪式上，青岛一位领导问我，陈先生，如果迪斯尼在你对面建了一栋楼，你害怕吗？我告诉他，我不怕。

他说为什么？我说这么几个理由。首先，迪士尼是陆基的，海上嘉年华是水基的，人是亲水的，这是无与伦比的。

这就是我和它的区别。这是第一个。我们的设备，我们水上的这些设备，可能大家看了，一个普通的滑道，我们把它包装以后变成一个主题滑道，它就发生了巨大的变化。我们再看，我们所有的这里头的创新，我们创意的一些，实际上我们这里的创意非常多，可以说这里的专利技术就有十几种。

第二个，它是室外的，我是室内的，刚才大家看到这一个资料片，实际上全部是在一个10万平方米的大壳子内实现，这个壳子单纯面积10万，高度40米，是这么一个大的空间。另外，它受气候影响，我不受气候影响，我是365天，在海里游泳你不会怕太阳等。迪斯尼是人与设备的互动，而我这儿除了人与设备的互动之外，还有一个人与人的互动，就是游客与游客之间的互动，游客与演员的互动，所以这个又不一样。

最主要的一点，那就是我和它的文化不同，我们知道迪斯尼，你们今天发现再也没有出更多的迪斯尼的**电影片，很少了。我们这个文化宝库里随时可以取来为我所用。我们的文化宝库，也就是我们的生命周期或延续性，应该建立在这个基础上。

5000年的文化是迪斯尼无法比拟的。因为中国文化是取之不尽用之不竭的。

迪斯尼作为美国文化，受到美国**的支持，而我们海上嘉年华现在已经是山东省的重点工程，更是青岛市的重点工程。那就不用讲了。我们得到了**以及青岛市各界，包括在座各位，我今天来的目的，一个很主要的目的就要得到各位的认可、理解和支持。

我相信，通过以上条件，我们可以看到，我们有能力打造以中国文化为主题的自己的娱乐品牌。我相信这个梦想会实现的。我曾经说过，我不相信13亿中国人不能打造一个民族娱乐品牌。

刚才大家看到的海上嘉年华的演出，实际上这个演出是非常震撼的，大家知道这个面积有多少吗？这有四个足球场那么大，这一个空间里头，那是上万人坐在里面的，人身临其境。我们的一个电影幕墙长300米，高30米。共有19台造波机，可以随着剧情的表现不断变化。

实际上，它是电影艺术、舞台艺术和民间艺术最有效的结合，加上目前最先进的一些设备。

今天，我很荣幸与大家分享海洋嘉年华项目。主要目的是：首先，谢谢。海上嘉年华项目在推进过程中经过多方论证，可以很负责任地告诉大家，这里有很多技术难题我们已经都解决了。

也非常感谢山东省**、青岛市**和青岛开发区**，和北京大学的大力支持，尤其是开发区**的鼓励和帮助，可以说没有**的支持，没有专家的信任和支持，海上嘉年华只是一个空谈。

第二，今天我来这儿主要目的是求助，因为这是一个庞大的系统工程，而这个工程难度之大，工程量之大是罕见的，技术含量之高也是罕见的。作为一个企业，虽说资金不是问题，但是要完成这个创意需要得到在座各位，特别是我们文化部、国家旅游总局以及在座各位教授、专家，包括**的鼎力支持。在您的大力支持下，我相信嘉年华将如期于2018年8月开幕。

第三，邀请。我准备过了年以后，过了春节以后在适当的时间向在座的各位专家、学者、领导发出邀请，专程为海上嘉年华举行一个大型的全国性的专业论证会或者说研讨会，希望各位能够参加。

今年6月，海上嘉年华商业步行街将如期开业。到那时，它将是一辆花车，一盏灯和一座真正的城市。欢迎您到青岛参加2018年8月的海上嘉年华活动，届时欢迎您的光临。

自信与自尊促使大家同舟共济。

“招兵买马”能激起创造的火花。民主是创造的阳光和雨水的土壤。只有在民主的环境中，才能充分发挥学生的创新精神。

”招兵买马”式的组合，是教师给予学生的一片自由的天空，是他们大胆尝试、大胆选择、大胆决定、大胆作主的实验基地。组员关系的融洽、师生关系的和谐，创造出一个民主的氛围。组员间相互尊重、互相学习，从而形成浓厚的民主平等的探索气氛，学生的独立性、判断力、思维能力和丰富的想象力得以培养。

他说“王阿姨，李叔叔想要你那本书，你明天签名签两本书带给我吧”我说，“好的。”又过了五秒钟，我父亲突然自言自语地讲了一句话，说，“看来你们这一代人也挺不容易的”。我听到这句话的时候其实我眼泪差点掉下来，我知道那么多年下去，我跟我父亲的这场战争，终于在这个饭桌上面得到了和解，然后不幸的是，他讲这句话的时候，我的青春已经过去了。

所以这个是我今天在这个台上，我想到我少年时候的这一段经历。

事实上，人与人之间，一代人与另一代人之间，例如我和我的父亲之间，你和你的父亲之间，以及你的父母之间，都存在着代沟。代沟是世界青年最悲惨的风景区之一。它一定存在。代沟在某种意义上，在我看来是没有办法消弭的，然后中间会产生三个比较严重的问题。

第一个问题是每一代人都觉得自己是独一无二的一代，80年代的人看不起90年代的人，说我们80年代一条裤腿长，一条裤腿短，晚上弹吉他，谈理想，谈国家的未来。你们呢?你们就知道谈金钱。

50后看不起60后，60后看不起70后，70后看不起80后，80后看不起90后，90后把自己还分成两代人，90后看不起95后，95后看不起00后。其实这个是人世间挺大的一个误会，在我看来，50，60，70，80，90包括00，每一代人你的快乐和你的苦难都是属于自己的。第二个大的误解是什么呢?

正是每一代人都想用自己的价值观影响下一代。例如，我父亲告诉我，高考一定比哈雷彗星更重要。我父亲跟我讲说，男人无以立业，何以家为，所以事业肯定比恋爱重要，这方面就会有大的一个冲突，第三件事儿，每一代人试图影响和左右下一代人的行为，基本上都是以失败而告终的。

在一个少年的时代里面，反叛时刻存在，反叛成功不成功只是他的时间不同，地点不同和方式不同。我的朋友，一位经济学家，有一个刚从博士学位毕业的小女儿。我这个朋友到美国去参加她的博士典礼，这个女儿找他爸爸谈话，说，“我已经拿到金融学的博士，我已经完成你交给我的任务”，一个经济学家有了一个金融学博士的女儿，我已经完成你交给我的任务了，“接下来我要干我喜欢干的事了”。

他爸爸就跟我讲说“我一辈子就没问过她，她到底喜不喜欢经济学这件事”所以这样的一种代际之间的冲突，我觉得是永远存在。

我的女儿是1996年出生的，她很小的时候我就在想一件事儿，说，我要跟她的关系不能变成我跟我父亲那样的一种关系，我要走进她的世界，我要了解她，所以我从很小的时候，我就开始问她一个问题，说，“你长大了喜欢干什么?”我记得很小，她那个时候是幼儿园大班，马上要读小学了。我女儿给我的第一个回答是说“我长大了喜欢当游戏机房的收银员”，她觉得那个收银员很厉害，每天就可以玩游戏，第一个回答。

读到小学，我记得到二年级的时候，我又问她，“你长大了喜欢干什么呢?”她那时候的理想是当一个海豚训练师，她去游乐场，去看那个海豚表演，觉得训练师很酷。再过了几年我问她，我说“你喜欢干什么?

”她跟我讲说，她喜欢当一个宠物店的老板娘，她开始喜欢小狗小猫了。她说，开一家宠物店，养这么多狗和小猫，是件快乐的事。我一直问她这个问题。不管怎样，每次我听到一个问题，我都觉得很奇怪。这超出了我的预料。

到去年为止我又问她，她跟我讲说，“我喜欢从事综艺节目”。然后她还跟我滔滔不绝地跟我讲了一堆事，比如说中国的某某某电视台这些综艺节目哪一段是抄韩国的，哪些是抄日本的，哪些抄英国的，哪些抄荷兰的。当时，我有一种很大的感觉，至少在综艺节目领域，她比我知道得多。

然后她有很多我没有的知识，我不知道，我已点也不知道。比如说我女儿问我说现在流行一个成语，叫做“不明觉厉”。什么叫“不明觉厉”?

流行的一个词，网络用语，不明白你是怎么回事，就是觉得你很厉害。“人艰不拆”呢?人生已经是件很艰难的事了，咱们就别拆穿它了，这就是代沟。

然后她的这些爱好啊，她想未来从事的这些工作啊，你仔细去想，从这个收银员到海豚训练师，到综艺等等，其实在我们的心目中都是一件特别不靠谱的事，代与代之间的冲突很多就在这个谱上面。谱是什么呢?谱就是确定性。

我们的父母希望我们的孩子能够在他们自己的视线范围内跑在某一条赛道上。首先，如果你摔倒了，我可以帮你。其次，根据我的经验，我可以告诉你什么是对的，什么是错的。

偏离确定性的问题是什么？正是在我们的青春世界里，在我们的青春里，最美的词是不确定性。不确定面对未来的一切恐惧、好奇、探索，是世界上最美丽的年轻风景和你最大的权利。

这句蕴含哲理的话，给人们以启迪：路的旁边也是路，那一条羁绊重重的路大可不必走到天黑的。

“往旁边去”，如此浅显又蕴含的哲理，恐怕无人不知晓的。然而，在纷繁的经年里，人生有时会沦陷于沼泽，在迷茫之中久久徘徊。一些耳熟能详的道理，也常常被人们淡忘甚至漠视。每每耳闻那些因高考落榜而割腕，因恋爱失败而上吊，因家庭变故而卧轨，因生意赔本而跳楼，因仕途无望而投河等悲剧的时候，我的心就会阵阵作痛，由衷地为他们的愚昧而悲愤，为他们的举动而惋惜，真想在他们的背上猛击一掌，让其幡然醒悟：何必这样?此路的旁边不也是路吗!

大家好!我演讲的哲理故事是《一秒钟逆转成败》。

非洲草原上，一只雄劲的花豹已在草丛中蹲伏了许久。不远处，一群腿脚细长、背黄肚白的羚羊正悠闲地吃着草儿。羚羊们时而低下头细细密密地啃啮，时而又仰起修长的脖子四处察看，翕动的鼻子似乎想探析出空气里每一丝危险的气息。

突然，有一只羚羊做出了沉下身子、准备起跑的姿势，其他羚羊立即停止了咀嚼，定定的，似乎在等待一个决断。“呼”的一声，花豹应声而出，朝向自己最近的一只母羚羊急奔而来。刚才还伸长着脖子的羚羊，立即四腿一低，腾越而起。但是，瞬间起跑的花豹像刚出枪膛的子弹，“砰”的一声就到了猎物的眼前。一场生与死的较量就此拉开。

对于没有任何致命武器的羚羊来说，要能活下来，只有一招才能制敌：比捕食者跑得更快。只见母羚羊前后细腿大幅展开，连跑带跃，每一步都达数米之远，几秒之后，竟然拉开了与豹子的距离。但是，豹子是草原上跑得最快的动物，4秒之内，它可以迅速地从静止状态，提升到时速100公里。豹子在急速奔跑时，腰部塌陷下来，前肢一落地，后肢就紧跟收起、落地，而后，前肢向前伸直、打开、平展，再次蹬地。就这样，两个冠军级跑步选手，一下子站在同一条跑道上，谁输谁赢，没人可以下定论。豹子的起跑优势渐渐发挥作用，羚羊的小命危在旦夕。2米，这是输与赢的距离，也是生与死的距离。

距离越来越近，羚羊似乎已经感觉到身后豹子的喘息声。它忽而一扭身，来了一个90度的急转，让后面的豹子猝不及防，差点摔了个趔趄。也许，对于羚羊来说，身体的灵巧是自己这会儿的唯一优势。但是，重新起身的豹子依旧紧追不舍，似乎它就认定了这只母羚羊就是自己的午餐。十几秒之后，羚羊的奔跑依旧轻快奋力，而豹子的飞奔却显得有所减缓。其余旁观的动物，都停住了脚步，怔怔地看着这场生死的角逐。它们都知道，只要这只母羚羊多坚持一秒钟，哪怕就是一秒钟，就能带来一线生机。因为豹子的爆发力极强，但是耐力却比不过羚羊。距离越来越大，3米、4米、5米，所有旁观者都为羚羊高兴，因为成功在望了，一切都会是虚惊一场。

但是，就在这一秒钟之内，豹子突然做出了一个骇人的举动：它用尽全身力气，向几米外的羚羊的上空腾起，又以自己的重量像泰山压顶似的把羚羊扑倒。随后，羚羊连续翻了几滚，最终还是没能站起身来，豹子已经用锋利的牙齿咬住了它的咽喉。豹子衔起自己来之不易的午餐，直起身子，呼呼地喘着粗气，眼睛里满是成功后的傲气与轻蔑。

一秒钟，太短的时间，但有时却会发生成与败的惊天逆转。就像一秒钟前，羚羊以为逃脱在望，自己用耐力打败了豹子的爆发力;一秒钟后，豹子拼命一跳，结束了羚羊所有美好的幻想。一秒钟前，豹子还想着怎么享受这顿鲜美的午餐;一秒钟后，自己却差点成了野狗的午餐。所以，永远不要说成功与失败是个定数，更多的时候，一秒钟这样的时间魔鬼，才是上天派来的最好的裁判。

不要问下一秒钟是成功还是失败，因为一切皆有可能。

these were days i will always treasure. it was as if we'd been transported back to our childhood, when we spent such an enormous amount of time together, the two youngest in the family.

fundamentally she hadn't changed at all from the big sister who mothered me as a baby, fought with me at school and endured those long train journeys between our parents' homes with me at weekends. it is a tribute to her level-headedness and strength that despite the most bizarre life imaginable after her childhood, she remained intact, true to herself.

there is no doubt that she was looking for a new direction in her life at this time. she talked

endlessly of getting away from england, mainly because of the treatment she received at the hands of the news*****s.

i don't think she ever understood why her genuinely good intentions were sneered at by the media, why there appeared to be a permanent quest on their behalf to bring her down. it is baffling. my own, and only, explanation is that genuine goodness is threatening to those at the opposite end of the moral spectrum.

beyond that, on behalf of your mother and sisters, i pledge that we, your blood family, will do all we can to continue the imaginative and loving way in which you were steering these two exceptional young men, so that their souls are not simply immersed by duty and tradition but can sing openly as you planned.

it is such an honor and pleasure for me to be back at yale, especially on the

occasion of the 300th anniversary. i have had so many memories of my time here, and

as nick was speaking i thought about how i ended up at yale law school. and it tells

a little bit about how much progress we’ve made.

what i think most about when i think of yale is not just the politically charged

atmosphere and not even just the superb legal education that i received. it was at

yale that i began work that has been at the core of what i have cared about ever since.

i began working with new haven legal services representing children. and i studied

child development, abuse and neglect at the yale new haven hospital and the child

study center. i was lucky enough to receive a civil rights internship with marian

wright edelman at the children’s defense fund, where i went to work after i graduated.

those experiences fueled in me a passion to work for the benefit of children,

particularly the most vulnerable. now, looking back, there is no way that i could have predicted what path my life

would have taken. i didn’t sit around the law school, saying, well, you know, i think

i’ll graduate and then i’ll go to work at the children’s defense fund, and then

the impeachment inquiry, and nixon retired or resigns, i’ll go to arkansas. i didn’

t think like that. i was taking each day at a time. but, i’ve been very fortunate because i’ve always had an idea in my mind about

what i thought was important and what gave my life meaning and purpose. a set of values

and beliefs that have helped me navigate the shoals, the sometimes very treacherous

sea, to illuminate my own true desires, despite that others say about what l should

care about and believe in. a passion to succeed at what l thought was important and

children have always provided that lone star, that guiding light. because l have that

absolute conviction that every child, especially in this, the most blessed of nations

that has ever existed on the face of earth, that every child deserves the opportunity

to live up to his or her god-given potential. but you know that belief and conviction-it may make for a personal mission

statement, but standing alone, not translated into action, it means very little to

anyone else, particularly to those for whom you have those i was thinking about running for the united states senate-which was such

an enormous decision to make, one i never could have dreamed that i would have been

****** when i washere on campus-i visited a school in new york city and i met a young woman, who

was a star athlete. and it doesn’t mean that once having made that choice you will always succeed.

in fact, you won’t. there are setbacks and you will experience difficult

i think every day of the blessings my birth gave me without any doing of my own. i

chose neither my family nor my country, but they as much as anything i’ve ever done,

determined my course. you have been there trying to serve because you have believed both that it was

the right thing to do and because it gave something back to you. you have dared to

, dare to care to fight for equal justice for all, for equal pay for women,

against hate crimes and bigotry. dare to care about public schools without qualified

teachers or adequate resources. dare to care about protecting our environment. dare

to care about the 10 million children in our country who lack health insurance. dare

called you the generation of choice. you’ve been raised with multiple choice tests,

multiple channels, multiple websites and multiple lifestyles. you’ve grown up

choosing among alternatives that were either not imagined, created or available to

people in prior generations. you’ve been invested with far more personal power to customize your life, to

make more free choices about how to live than was ever thought possible. and i think

as i look at all the surveys and research that is done, your choices reflect not only

freedom, but personal responsibility. the social indicators, not the headlines, the social indicators tell a positive

story: drug use and cheating and arrests being down, been pregnancy and suicides,

drunk driving deaths being is not the vast conspiracy you may have heard about; rather it’s a silent

conspiracy of cynici** and indifference and alienation that we see every day, in our

popular culture and in our prodigious as many have said before and as vaclav havel has said to memorably, “it cannot

suffice just to invent new machines, new regulations and new institutions. it is

necessary to understand differently and more perfectly the true purpose of our

existence on this earth and of our deeds.” and i think we are called on to reject,

in this time of blessings that we enjoy, those who will tear us apart and tear us

down and instead to liberate our god-given spirit, by being willing to dare to dream

of a better world. during my campaign, when times were tough and days were long i used to think about

the example of harriet tubman, a heroic new yorker, a 19th century moses, who risked

her life to bring hundreds of slaves to freedom. she would say to those who she gathered

up in the south where she kept going back year after year from the safety of auburn,

new york, that no matter what happens, they had to keep going. if they heard shouts

behind them, they had to keep going. if they heard gunfire or dogs, they had to keep

going to freedom. well, those aren’t the risks we face. it is more the silence and
