家长要教育宝宝学会自我介绍，首先要设计一些问题，用问答的方式，让宝宝记住它们。问题主要应该包括：姓名、年龄、家庭住址、父母名字、父母电话号码、父母工作单位。
一开始训练的时候，家长先自问自答，回答的时候，让宝宝跟着说几遍答案。让后家长质只问问题，让宝宝自己回答，一时忘记可以稍作提醒。每3天或者更多天只是重复练习一个问题，让宝宝有足够的时间强化记忆。一个问题熟练以后，再进行下一个，每学够3个问题就全部温习一遍。
