所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的？现在是干什么的？回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。 对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。

随后，着手回答第二个问题：你将来要干什么？如果你申请的是一份举足轻重的工作，雇主肯定很关注你对未来的自我设计。你的回答要具体，合理，并符合你现在的身份，要有一个更别致的风格。

然后，再着手回答最后一个问题：你过去是干什么的？你的过去当然都在履历上已有反映。你在面试中再度回答这个问题时，不可忽略之处是：不要抖落一个与你的将来毫不相干的过去。如果你中途彻底改行，更要在描述你的执着、职业目标的一贯性上下些功夫。要做到这一点，又要忠实于事实和本人，最简单的方法是：找到过去与将来的联系点，收集过去的资料，再按目标主次排列。

用这样的方法，以现在为出发点，以将来为目标，以过去为证实，最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其实，在面试的时候不一定有机会或者有必要照搬你的大作，但这三个问题的内在联系点一定会体现在自我表述的整体感觉中，使你的形象栩栩如生。

2、投其所好

清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始准备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。

好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑公司，应说些电脑的话题；如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。

但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处，必须突出自己对该公司可以作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。

3、铺排次序

内容的次序亦极重要，是否能抓住听众的注意力，全在于事件的编排方式。所以排在头位的，应是你最想他记得的事情。而这些事情，一般都是你最得意之作。与此同时，可呈上一些有关的作品或纪录增加印像分。

面试，别拿前单位说事

面试时不可避免的会遇到有关工作经验的问题，而对于跳槽一族的朋友来说，如何谈及前单位的情况和自己的工作情况呢，这里提出几个需要注意的地方。

第一，不要诋毁前单位。很多朋友跳槽，很大程度上是因为对前单位某些地方的不满而作出的决定，而这种情绪很可能会在求职过程中不自觉的反映出来。比如在提及为什么会离开前单位时，有些求职者就大吐苦水，数落前单位的种种不是；又或者在问及对工作的要求和期望时，就拿前单位比较说事等等。这些情况都会造成用人单位对你的印象大打折扣。在提及前工作单位时，尽量避开情绪化的评语，尽可能多从自身谈，即使在问到为什么离开前单位时，也大可从人生规划等大题目入手。

其次，不要泄露前单位的商业秘密。商业秘密是落脚在每个工作细节上的。比如你的工资情况、单位的人数、效益等等，都是商业秘密，特别是从事与账目有关的工作的朋友，更要小心别泄露了商业秘密。只要你涉及的工作内容，最终没有透明化。虽然实际中我们很少能接触到高规格的商业秘密，但是在面试的时候对此保持谨慎的态度是百利而无一害的。

小梅是一名大四学生，再过三个月，她就要告别令人难忘的大学生活，踏入职场了。然而她现在却充满了焦虑。看着其他同学纷纷找到了主顾，自己却一连三次没有通过面试，小梅对自己充满了怀疑。

当问及小梅为什么面试屡次碰壁时，她有些委屈地说：面对考官时，我会紧张。而且，我总是不由自主地去观察考官。我觉得，如果考官笑或者点头，就是对我的认可；如果考官板着脸或是皱眉头，就是对我不满意。我希望能通过考官的反应来调整我的沟通方式。但那些考官都总是面无表情的，还经常问出一些刁钻的问题。我很怀疑他是不是在故意为难我，结果我越是怀疑，越是紧张

避免面试时紧张的最好方法就是事前多做模拟练习。找同学或亲友模仿考官，而你则认认真真地彩排几次。通过反复练习力求做到说话不紧张，并且能控制好时间和节奏。如果你实在不方便找人和你一起练习，你也可以自己演练，假想有一个考官在对面，自己只要把准备回答的问题大声说出来就可以，如自己的简历、专长、职业设计等。

此外，在面试时没有必要对考官的反应过于敏感。记住，考官只是代表他所在的公司和职位来考核你，如果你的条件符合公司和职位的需求，你就能被聘用；考官本人的反应，则不需要你过多地去注意和揣摩。当然，如果在你回答问题的时候，考官做出了看时间的动作，那可能意味着你的回答有点长，你需要节约时间了。

至于考官问出了刁钻的问题，并不代表他不喜欢你，而是故意要给你施加压力，看看你在面对压力时的反应如何，以考察你的素质，你只需要尽全力回答就可以了。

屡战屡败不丢人

当今的社会竞争如此激烈，以至于那些即将走入社会的大学生们人人心头多了个沉甸甸的包袱。于是，包袱就成了一种缠绕在心头的压力。

面对这些压力，有些大学生的应对方式并不十分理性。他们盲目地往那些看上去很美的职位投出了简历，却并不了解这份工作的性质，也不了解这个职位的责任，这份工作究竟离他们的性格、爱好和能力有多远。结果，在跟考官面对面的交锋之后，他们失利了。

反复几次面试失败后，遭受打击的大学生开始怀疑自己：是不是自己不行，适应不了这个社会？有些人甚至因此而自我否定。

专家三个建议：

第一，要了解自己，明白自己需要的工作到底是什么，要客观地根据自己的情况来选择未来的道路。除了自己的能力，你最需要考虑的是自己的性格和爱好。如果你确实喜欢某一种工作，你就能在这个工作岗位上获得快乐和满足，并不断克服困难，创造出成绩。

第二，不要给自己设置最好的工作、最好的职位。你对某一种工作的预期越高，你就越接受不了失败的事实，也越难与现实妥协。

第三，不要害怕失败。其实每一种经历都是一种财富，成功会让你品尝胜利的果实；而失败，会让你知道自己的问题在哪里，从而可以不断弥补自己的缺点，并走向最后的胜利。记住，屡战屡败倒过来就是屡败屡战，曾国藩在一系列败仗之后最终获得了胜利，你为什么不可以？你需要注意的是，在暂时遭受失败时，不要总是放大自己不好的一面，要用积极乐观的心态来面对面试，面对一切。
