many kinds of fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which interfere with the cyclooxygenase-2 or cox-2 enzyme. cox-2 affects inflammation, which may play a role in tumour growth.

可见，微笑有时候还能化干戈为玉帛。

水是万物之源，是自然界不可缺少的物质。有了水，才有了令人向往的美景，才有了自然界无穷无尽的能量。近年来，电视节目中经常提到水资源短缺问题：黄河的许多河段已越来越浅，渭河已见断流，汾河水也早已不再奔流，而淮河、太湖等的水污染警报更是频频传来。更令人心忧的是，一些地处西部偏远地区的小山村，缺水缺到过年才能分到五斤水的地步。就说我外婆家的小河里的水也比以前浅了许多许多，童年的往事想来有趣，令人发笑，它们就像一颗颗珍珠在眼前浮现，往年，在那小河里游泳，河水到我脖子里，可是现在游泳浅的地方到我大腿，深的到我肚子。

在你羡慕身边的人都有所长、有着很不错的能力的时候，你有没有想过要去改变自己。其实我们每一个人都是能够成为一个优秀的人的，能够有多优秀就要看我们自己付出了多少了。所以我们应该要规划好自己的时间，规定好每一个时间段自己应该要做的事情，这样才能够合理的去利用好自己的时间，让自己能够去学到一些东西。在大学中我们是能够考很多的证书的，我们可以选择自己感兴趣的去报考，多拿一个证书自己毕业之后就会多一条职业发展的道路。所以其实我们是有很多的事情是可以做的。

我们应该要制定好一个计划，安排好自己每一天的时间，安排好自己在这一个时间段之内应该要完成一个怎样的目标，在完成之后再制定下一个目标。这样一个目标一个目标的去完成，等到了大学毕业的时候你就会发现在这四年的时间中你是做了很多的事情的，而不是在以后回忆起自己的大学生活时除了打游戏还是打游戏。

We are not brave enough to face such life. But Helen Keller did. As the most famous handicapped， though deaf， dumb and blind， she tried her best to let herself happy.
