如果一个健康孩子智力正常，发音器官和听力器官也正常，那就属于非器质性病变的构音异常，主要是外部环境的影响和口腔功能问题造成的。而根据国内外统计资料表明，无器质性病变的构音异常是儿童最常见的语言问题，占所有语言问题的39%-50%，通过及时地纠正和训练，不会发展到终身的口吃。

1.细嚼慢咽目的：让嘴部肌肉充分运动，强健肌肉张力的发展。准备：一包孩子喜欢的有嚼头的零食，如牛肉干、鱿鱼丝或QQ糖，一段节奏明快的音乐。玩法：放上音乐，和孩子一起，合着音乐节拍嚼零食，记得每一口嚼30下再咽下去。

2.舔蜂蜜目的：增加舌头、唇的灵巧性。准备：蜂蜜或果酱。玩法：把蜂蜜或果酱涂在孩子嘴巴四周，让他照着镜子想办法舔干净;在盘子上涂上蜂蜜，让孩子舔盘子。当然这还可以延伸到每餐饭时让孩子发扬节俭精神，舔干净饭碗。

3.让孩子大声朗读，不仅可以记住文学知识，还能锻炼口才、规范谈吐及与人交流的胆量。

4.吹球比赛目的：增进口腔肌肉张力的发展。准备：乒乓球一个、两三个杯子。玩法：将杯子装满水，让乒乓球浮在第一个杯子上，再和孩子一起用嘴把球吹到第二个杯子或者第三个杯子里，或者更多。

5.吸纸片目的：反复练习吸气、吹气，刺激口腔神经。准备：有颜色的薄纸、吸管、两个盘子。玩法：和孩子一起把纸撕成小碎片，盛在一个盘子里，再请孩子用吸管吸起纸片，帮纸片搬家到另一个盘子里。

另外，还有宝贝爱玩的吹泡泡游戏、吹风车、吹哨子，都可以多让孩子玩一玩，这些游戏将使口齿不清的孩子受益匪浅!

和家人达成共识，首先引导孩子说话的兴趣，如告诉孩子：“大家都很喜欢你，想看你表演的节目哟!”通过这样的方式鼓励孩子唱歌或朗诵短诗，或定期举行家庭表演会，让孩子在亲友面前讲笑话或与他人分享个人的特殊生活经历，如度假、旅游等。以此训练孩子的胆量。

父母要反复强调当众说话能得到锻炼的机会，以此鼓励孩子说话的勇气，让孩子重述小说或电视电影的故事，帮助孩子将长故事浓缩成“短剧”，锻炼孩子的叙述能力和记忆能力。

当孩子的口才训练有了提高和进步时，父母要对他们的努力进行表扬，当孩子遇到困难时，父母要鼓励孩子克服困难。

速读也就是快速地朗读。这种训练方法的目的，在于锻炼人口齿伶俐，语音准确，吐字清晰。速读的方法：找来一篇演讲辞或一篇文辞优美的散文。先拿来词典把文章中不认识或弄不懂的字词查出来，搞清楚，弄明白，然后开始朗读。一般开始朗读的时候速度较慢，逐次加快，一次比一次读得快，最后达到你所能达到的最快速度。而背诵，并不仅仅要求把某篇演讲词、散文背下来就算完成了任务，既要“背”，还要“诵”。这种训练的目的有两个：一是培养记忆能力，二是培养口头表达能力。

父母要鼓励孩子多与别人交流，特别是与有思想、语言表达熟练的人交流，久了自然会受到对方潜在的感染;还有，要有内容可说，良好的口才和渊博的知识是必然分不开的，所谓巧妇难为无米之炊，大家想想，肚子里没墨水的人老是讲一些空洞的话，大家听了自然感觉没意思。所以，练就好口才的前提是要培养孩子广博的知识。

练声也就是练声音，练嗓子。在生活中，我们都喜欢听那些饱满圆润、悦耳动听的声音，而不愿听干瘪无力、沙哑干涩的声音。所以教孩子锻炼出一副好嗓子，练就一腔悦耳动听的声音，是父母必做的工作。平时可带孩子多做一些这样的练习：①深吸一口气，数数，看能数多少个数字。②跑20米左右，然后朗读一段课文，尽量避免喘气声。③字正腔圆的读成语。

1、改变应试观念，明确训练利得。

长期以来，语文的考试只有笔试，没有“口试。改变应试观念，首先要向小朋友大力宣传口语训练的利得，让他们真正懂得善于口语表达的好处。如，口语训练是提高写作能力的最好途径，口语流利，下笔也就通畅;口才是为人处事的诚实招牌，话说得得体有水平，就反映出人高尚的修养、素质和知识水平等，从而获得办事的效率、成果……
